Veggene er tømmerstokker, og alle gulv er heltre furu gulv med varmekabler. Du kan parkere flere biler gratis på eiendommen og i garasje, og du vil kunne nyte nydelig utsikt over den flotte naturen. Leiligheten ved sjøen i Damsgårdssundet, har kort vei til sentrum over Lillepudden (gang- og sykkelbro) og Nygårdsparken. Det er også gode forbindelser med buss og bane. Ca. 10 min. gange til bybanen mot Flesland. Leiligheten ligger under fjellet Løvstakken, et av Bergens 7 fjell. Løvstien (turvei) er ca 6 km lang og går langs foten av fjellet. Tvers over gaten ligger EVO treningssenter. Det er 2 minutt å gå til matvarebutikk (Kiwi m.m). Det er også spiseplasser og flere take-away i gaten.

Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.
