This comfortable, updated stone-built cottage is the ideal base for an adventurous break in the Snowdonia National Park. At the base of the Nant Peris Valley, one of the most dramatic in Britain, it is perfectly located for climbing Snowdon. The accommodation is great for one or two couples, or a small family. In our tiny village of Nant Peris we have a great local pub with ales, good food and an inglenook fire a stroll from your front door. Castles,beaches and adventures- Snowdonia has it all.

The Barn at Tan Y Rhiw nestles in the Nanmor valley, surrounded by ancient woodland, with spectacular views of Moel Ddu. A safe place to retreat from the world, and reconnect with nature, over two miles from the main road. Relaxing in the private garden listen to owls hooting or cuckoos calling. Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

It is also a 300m walk to Vaynol Arms pub, where you can pop in for a well deserved traditional pub dinner and drink after a long climb. No 2 Castle Flat is a spacious luxury apartment right on the high street in Llanberis. It has been renovated to a high standard, is well insulated and warm. The living room has an electric fire and the flat has gas central heating. There is a dedicated parking space for 1 car. The apartment is in an old Georgian building and has lovely high ceilings and tall windows. The lake is a 2 minute walk away and all the amenities Llanberis has to offer is right on your doorstep.

Cwm yr Wrach, our lovely traditional slate-floored Grade 2-listed early 19th cottage is a little off-the road - and close to Snowdon itself. From Nant Peris Park & Ride parking, it's a <10 minute walk and carry. Perfect for walking, climbing, cycling, writing, painting, or simply being off the beaten track. Wood fires (fuel provided) and sheets, towels &c. Fully-equipped kitchen. Cycle storage. The Vaynol Arms is 5 minutes walk. Llanberis: about 5 miles.
