Public transportation is accessible on foot. Several beaches are close by with closest one being 400m away. A semi-olympic pool including a children's pool is open for common use only accessible to the site residents. 200m2 indoor space with 4 bedrooms, 2 balconies, terrace and garden facing the pool&sea spread on three story building.
