Our 5-bdrm Nantucket style beach house has a new kitchen & open living space, with a new deck, all overlooking the entire shoreline of Cape Cod Bay from a commanding perch atop a 100-foot bluff. Whales and seals can be seen from your deck. Located in a private community with its own rocky beach access about 5 min walk from the house where you can hunt for shells & observe the ocean wildlife. This beach is ideal for kayaking. Plymouth also boasts 4 of top 10 rated public golf courses in MA.

Why fight the traffic to Cape Cod when you can enjoy New England's beaches, trails and seafood from beautiful Duxbury - just an hour from Boston! Our home is on a gorgeous cranberry bog surrounded by biking and walking trails and just a mile from the beach. Skylights and french doors to a private patio fill the suite with sunlight. Guests enjoy the fire pit, grill and yard in summer or hit the trails on snow shoes and sleds in winter. The bog freezes over too and is great for ice skating!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Enjoy the outstanding morning sunrises and the light from the moon shining over the lake from your private glassed in bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee on the open deck overlooking the calm waters of the lake. There are two kayaks and a paddle boat if you would like to take an adventure. Just 10 minutes to Plymouth Center and 25 minutes to either Cape Cod bridges. Easy drive to all major highways. sorry but no children or pets allowed.

Only an hour away from Boston, making it easy to plan your visit. Only a 5 minute walk to beautiful Sagamore beach, and easy hopping point if you’d like to go further down Cape Cod. 25 minutes from both Hyannis and Woods Hole to hop on the ferries to Nantucket / Martha’s Vineyard. 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store and 20 minutes from two hospitals. Feel free to make use of both of my paddle boards or my tandem, two-person kayak, which stays down at the beach in the summer for you!

Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.
