Denver International Airport and Rocky Mountain National Park are 45 minutes away. Our home features a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, a dining table for six with views, a main-level 2-room Queen Suite, two additional queen bedrooms, and several outdoor spaces for relaxation, stargazing, and dining.

Renovated with great light, vaulted ceiling, new deck, and mature trees. A 10-minute walk by a beautiful lake with bird watching and views brings you to the dog-friendly Avery Restaurant Brewery. A co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage. This is my home 2/3 of the year.
