No dust, no traffic, ocean front property. Once you arrive, no need to drive as you can walk or bike on the beach to stores, restaurants and surf. The sound of surf permeates the air and the nearly private beach is a short stroll through the 100 meter protected maritime zone that protects the Nosara coastline from development.

After years of being an Airbnb guest in Nosara we found the perfect spot. Our house is located as close as you can get to beach while also being close to restaurants (but not too close where you get tourist congestion and noise). Everything in this house revolves around the oversized pool. You will be plunging in and out all day and have dinner beside its shimmering lights. The house is modern, clean and safe (gated and monitored by security). Everything you need for the perfect, easy stay!

It is just a four-minute walk to Playa Guiones and a short stroll to all the amenities: restaurants, markets, doctors, and shopping. My surf resort has been in this spot for 25 years, and now you can stay in the fully equipped personal residence. This home is ideal for families and couples who just want to enjoy the jungle, surfing, yoga, and sunsets.

Come and stay at our home away from home. Your family will love this top floor condominium. You will be next to: the beach (Pelada is 1min walk and Guiones is 7mins walk), a wonderful selection of eateries (La Luna, Il Pepperoni, El Chivo, Sunrise cafe, Rosi’s Soda, etc), and two small grocery stores (La Bodega & local corner shop). Our family lives here 3 months/year and we focus on cleanliness & quality materials (sheets, bedsheets, etc), including cleaning supplies used for the house.

The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara. Glass doors open up to the beach with hammocks and lounge chairs.
