The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

il nostro appartamento si trova nel borgo di Pugliola a pochi minuti dal centro di Lerici,la nostra zona è molto tranquilla e servita da bus navetta gratuiti(linea verde) da e per il centro di Lerici e principali spiagge della zona....in paese troverete un bar trattoria e un piccolo alimentari rosticceria. ,mettiamo a disposizione carta dei sentieri della zona la tassa di soggiorno dal 1 aprile 24 sarà di 4 euro a persona per un massimo di 5 notti da pagare all arrivo in struttura in contanti
