This light and airy studio apartment is located above our garage with a separate entrance. It features a queen size bed with a pull out full/double size couch. Coffee or tea with fresh muffins, eggs, yogurt are provided upon your arrival. Take advantage of the hotplate, bar fridge, and countertop oven. Visit downtown Guelph or go on hike in the surrounding areas. The hot tub and fire pit are available. Our pool is for family use only. You may hear some traffic and the clucking of our chickens

Walkout basement, king bed, portable crib (on request) shower, kitchenette, seating area, natural light. Large backyard, firepit, barbeque, outdoor eating area. Guests have access to a separate portable washroom, by walking about 100ft to the back of the yard.

Please know that we live & work on the farm. The Farm Shed has air-conditioning and a natural gas fireplace for heating, supplemented by an electric heater wall unit that makes it comfortable all year round.
