Little Haven is an official 28-acre wildlife preserve and family farm 6 miles north of Wimberley. We manage the land for song birds, owls and other raptors. We have horses, goats, chickens, dogs, and cats. You are welcome to hike and explore anywhere on the land. The sunsets are amazing, and star gazing is the best in Texas (Wimberley is one of only three certified "Dark Sky" cities in Texas). Paper Moon is a lovely log cabin nestled among oaks and elms in the quiet countryside, just 1.5 miles from downtown Wimberley. You’ll cross a scenic low water crossing over Pierce Creek, a wet-weather creek that runs through the front of the property, as you drive in. This spacious cabin was lovingly hand-built by a local Wimberley couple in 1985, and has been recently renovated by the current owners while retaining its rustic charm.
