A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). Onze gezellige centraal gelegen studio van 25 m2 met airconditioning is gezellig en functioneel ingericht. De ligging is zeer rustig. Op loopafstand het Noorderplantsoen, de Vismarkt en de Grote markt op 1 km en het Stadspark op 1,5 km. U kunt gebruik maken van het terras. De studio heeft een eigen ingang, zelf inchecken d.m.v. sleutelkluisje. 2- persoons bed (auping) van 1.80 x 2.00 mtr. Keuken met koelkast, magnetron, inductiekookplaat, waterkoker en Nespresso apparaat.

"Slapers" spacious ground floor apartment & garden

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

De accommodatie, met eigen ingang, is recentelijk gerenoveerd en is helemaal ingericht voor een comfortabel verblijf. Gedurende de zomer zijn de ruimten heerlijk koel en tijdens de winterperiode behaaglijk warm. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand ( 5 min.) van het station ( trein + bus). Met de auto is de accommodatie uitstekend bereikbaar, op korte afstand van het Juliana plein, waar de A7 en de A28 elkaar kruisen. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

Het modern ingerichte huisje ligt aan de rand van Haren en grenst aan een natuurgebied. Het lichte huisje heeft een grote woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar je privé tuin aan het water. Er is een gezellige open haard aanwezig. De ruime keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, in de woonkamer bevindt zich een tv, radio en WIFI. Het huisje heeft twee slaapkamers voor twee personen. Beide slaapkamers hebben een eigen douche.
