Le défi était de créer un espace dédié au repos et à la création artistique tout en y intégrant tout le confort actuel ; la tour de 25m2 comporte ainsi une cuisine équipée, une salle de bain et une chambre, le tout réparti sur 4 niveaux dont la superficie de chacun fait 2,50/2,50 mètres.
