In the garden there is also private Hot Tub underneath a secluded pergola and access to the River Esk is via the back garden.

A self contained 1890s sandstone barn finished to a high standard in a unique space. Guests have the entire place and private access. Situated close to J42 of the M6, a perfect stop off on long journeys or an extended break exploring the North Lakes, Hadrian's wall, the Scottish borders or the historic city of Carlisle.
