Includes new build roof, firepit, hammocks, picnic table, porta john, electric, water, shower, limited propane, fully functioning camper aside from the camper toilet( was ripped out and now has a private porta jon on site). Enjoy nearby kayaking/ river activities, 20 minutes from a busy town with lots of shopping and restaurants/ bars. We are 420 friendly. Lots of animals for viewing.

Our 32ft 2019 Prowler is on 10acres in beautiful Cedar, MI. The locations offers privacy, grassy areas, concrete vehicle parking, picnic table, and fire pit. Owners live on property with one child. However, the camping site is over 600 yards away from homestead! If you have children, they will have friends to play with! If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing evening, that’s what you will get! Remember to bring bedding. The main bed is made up for you unless you are traveling with pets.

Our camper is all set with everything you need to make it your home away from home! It is nestled in the woods with access to a pool. Lake Michigan is only 10 miles away! Huron-Manistee National Forest is close with hiking and outdoor activities as well. This is camping at its finest and you'll basically have your own private campground! The Betsie Camper - Excellent condition 35ft Fifth wheel camper in our back yard woods. Sleeps 6 - Queen Bed, Sofa Bed and Queen Air Mattresses . We own 20 acres of woods with several trails through the woods. Has water, electricity, Air Conditioning, a refrigerator, stove top and cooking stove, shower and other basic necessities. The camper is several feet from the house so you will have your own privacy. There is an outdoor hot tub and fire pit that is available for use.
