My place is close to Lake Loveland, public park with playground, Estes Park, old town Loveland (restaurants, museum, galleries, music, etc.) Benson Sculpture Park, Ft. Collins, the Budweiser Event Center, Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch,the outlet mall and Centerra. You’ll love my place because of the views, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and quiet families.

The apartment is a pleasant walk to restaurants, coffee shops, movie theatre and museum. The apartment has its own patio surrounded by fruit trees. This is a space efficient, stand-alone unit suitable for a maximum of two guests. One driveway parking space is provided. The owner has 2 dogs that will bark as you come and go from the apartment. The owner lives next door and is happy to help with activity planning and trip suggestions.
