Located in a quiet residential street but only a 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Pakington Street which has an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques. A short 20 mins stroll will take you to GMHBA Stadium, 10-15 to the station, Geelong city centre and the Waterfront to enjoy an array of bars, live music venues and vibrant nightlife. The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only a 10 minute drive.

In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️
