E' dotato di una cucina moderna ben attrezzata, due camere da letto matrimoniali (+ divano letto in soggiorno), balconcino vista lago e bagno. At around 650 meters above sea level, hikers and those seeking peace can enjoy the clear mountain air and quiet surroundings, while the lake remains within easy reach, about 15–20 minutes away.
