We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

Our cosy, modern 2 bedroom end-terrace cottage, is just off the High Street in Grantown on Spey. Private off-street parking and private garden. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs, a shower room/toilet and a living room with a large, comfortable corner sofa and TV with Freeview channels. There is also a lovely electric fireplace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with two single beds. On the landing, there is an office desk and chair.

The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

The Castle Byre

The 'Byre' is a luxury self catering cottage within a former barn at historic Parkhead Farm. It sits just 200m from the ruins of Auchindoun Castle and has unsurpassed views to the castle on the hill. Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

It’s the perfect location to explore both the East & West side of the Cairngorms National Park and to enjoy lots of activities such as biking, wildlife watching, snowsports, fishing & watersports and, we are right on the edge of the Tomintoul & Glenlivet Dark Sky Park - perfect for stargazing!

The Cabin is a self catering one room chalet that contains 2 single beds, table, chairs, armchairs and a kitchen. An enclosed bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is included. Water is provided by the Cromdale hills via filtration system. The Cabin is fully insulated and heated for a cosy environment. Entertainment consists of TV, video & bluetooth boom bar speaker. Placement of The Cabin is close to the back of the house which provides privacy for guests. WiFi is available.

Four Seasons Bothy, Grantown-on-Spey

Nestled just off the high street in a quiet private garden. Walking distance to beautiful forests and biking trails. The River Spey is close too for a wild swim. Ideal spot for adventurers or rest! The Bothy has a wood burner to create a special romantic atmosphere or perhaps a solo restful retreat. The single day bed pulls out to create a double bed. There is a table to have meals at or work away from home. Lots of local delicious food & coffee spots to explore nearby.
