Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space located in a lovely neighbourhood. It is a fully furnished one bedroom basement suite, with a large family room with dining area and a pull out couch. The bedroom is fully furnished and comes with Queen bed. A space heater and a floor fan is available for additional comfort. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances as well as cutlery, crockery, and other essentials. The suite is also equipped with a washer/dryer.

Primary bedroom has a queen bed and can easily accommodate a playpen for new parents [available upon request]. Second bedroom has comfy twin beds. Great-room-style living room with pool table [available for adult guests upon request]. Large screen TV with cable and high speed Wifi. New kitchen features five new appliances. Located close to recreation and transit.

Golden Ears View Suite

Beautiful new 1 bdrm unit with picturesque views of Golden Ears mtn in a rural mountain, setting yet close to all the city amenities. The suite is a newer 560 sf unit with s/s appliances, all utensils, full bathroom, HE w/d in suite, full HD cable + wifi incl. The suite has 1 queen bed. A futon mattress or air mattress can be provided on request. Pets are permitted on approval; please contact us prior to booking as we do charge a $50 pet cleaning fee.
