The Little Barn is set in one and a half acres of paddock in beautiful countryside near National Trust jewel-Waddesdon Manor. A stylish two bedroom barn - perfect for a tranquil getaway. Near the historic village of Quainton, with its pub on the green, village shop and windmill, there are many rural walks or enjoy our paddock with small orchard and bee hives. The Little Barn is ideal for 2 couples or a family. As well as 2 bedrooms , there is a sofabed in the living room and single trestle bed.

The Herb Garden

A light, airy, ground-floor, single-storey studio apartment. There is a large kitchen and comfortable seating area, and a private patio / garden area. We are well situated for visiting Silverstone, Addington, Oxford, Bicester Village, Waddesdon Manor, Stowe Gardens and Bletchley Park. Also good for working in Milton Keynes or Aylesbury and for trains into London and Birmingham. The apartment has disabled access and ample off-road parking. We are happy to accommodate well-behaved dogs.

The Lodge at Burn’s Farm

Relax on your own or with up to 2 children/adults sharing a room at this well appointed 4 seasons made lodge and semi wrap around decking set just outside Mursley village in a picturesque on farm location and 10 minutes via car or accessed from the Redway route to central Milton Keynes by bike or foot. With a selection of farm shops, 2 local public houses and the renowned Horwood House close by and only a 40 minute drive to Silverstone race track, there is plenty to enjoy locally.

The Coach House, rural location in central Bucks

The Coach House is a large, spacious cottage (2,000 sq ft) with three double bedrooms which has been recently renovated . It is located between the villages of Long Marston and Wingrave in a quiet, rural location. It is close to Tring and the Chiltern Hills and London is easy to get to from Leighton Buzzard station (35 mins to Euston) which is 15 minutes away. Plenty of good pubs in the vicinity, varied walks, National Trust properties, Bletchley Park museum and Whipsnade Zoo.

Based on the outskirts of Cublington village with easy access to the market towns of Aylesbury 6 miles, and Leighton Buzzard 5 miles and the bustling new town of Milton Keynes 10 miles. Bicester Village retail shopping venue is only a 35 minute drive. Oxford is easily reached by car or bus from Aylesbury. Ideally located for many National Trust properties and Bletchley Park museum.

You will find yourself on a working farm with little but the flora and fauna to keep you company. The hut is situated east facing, the sun creeks over the hill to uncover a stunning view. Converted stables, set within a private garden, and situated in a very quiet, pretty hamlet. Perfect location for Addington Equestrian Centre (walking distance), Silverstone Race Circuit, Stowe, Waddesdon Manor, Claydon House and Bletchley Park. Just a 15 minute drive to Steeple Claydon, and within easy reach of Bicester Village Shopping Outlet and Milton Keynes. Good Wifi speed (80mbps). Free parking on drive (sorry, no horse boxes).
