Near the house there is a church, the distance from the beach and promenade is around 100 m as well as from the nearby caffe bar, grocery store,restaurant and children playground. The city center is only 6 km away, the nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 16 km away from the apartment.

My place is close to Old town, bars, restaurants, public transport, taxi stand, family-friendly activities, nightlife, post office, ATMs, 24/7 market, gas station, banks, bakery. You’ll love my place because of the views, the huge terrace that overlooks the entire town, the location in the center of town close to all events but at the same time an oasis of peace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

My accommodation is perfect for couples and families (with children). Zadar beach, Kolovare, is 200 meters away and Punta Bajlo, formerly a campsite, is 5 minutes walk away, an ideal place for swimming with plenty of shade. My accommodation is close to the public transport bus station, the city center is a 10-minute walk away. You will appreciate my place because of the neighborhood, the outdoor areas and the brightness.
