Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. Waterford Greenway (46km cycle/ walk, can be done in whole or part) is a 10 min drive The beautiful Copper Coast with its beaches and coves are 30-35 mins drive. Our local country Pub is a 10 min walk and nearest village is a 10 min drive for any essentials.

Deck exclusively for guest use. The Studio has underfloor heating, hob and microwave, no oven.

The Deise Greenway and Copper Coast beaches are easily accessed nearby.

Centrally heated there is also a stove and an open fireplace in the two cosy living rooms.
