Located near the end of a quiet dead end road in Welches, Oregon. Short path to Sandy River. Easy access to HWY 26 and only 15 minutes to Government Camp or Sandy Ridge mountain biking. Enjoy the relaxing surroundings while staying in a newly renovated cabin with all the comforts of home. 2 night min. stay seasonally/Fri/Sat but possibly accept a 1 night stay...just ask. This stunning two story A-frame home overlooks the Sandy River in a private, gated community. 2 bedrooms downstairs with a full bath and a loft with a king size bed, 2 sets of bunk beds and a second full bathroom upstairs. Amenities include a full kitchen, TV, and WiFi. The living room and dining room are an open design that look out onto a deck with a view of the river. A large fireplace provides perfect winter ambience. Four downhill ski areas are 30-40 min. Kid and pet friendly.

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.

The cabin is in a rural residential community and sits next to a 1/2 acre lot giving it an off-the-grid feel with all of the on-the-grid amenities. Custom 1500 sq foot A frame with a covered HOT TUB, in beautiful Government Camp that is all about fun. Warm up with the beautiful large stone fireplace, for a romantic ambiance. The large loft has a Semi-secluded queen size bed on one end with a kid’s area at the other end. It Includes three twin beds, TV, VCR, DVD, Nintendo Switch, books, for the younger ones. The loft also has its own private balcony.
