Usufrua de umas férias na natureza através de um amplo espaço exterior, que lhe permite comer ao ar livre, fazer caminhadas e explorar lagoas e praias fluviais. This whole floor has a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single-beds, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and heated toilet. It is heated by Air Conditioning in the living room / kitchen. 40inch Smart TV with 100+ channels, NETFLIX, 100mbs Fiber Internet. Portable outdoor grill with charcoal. Coffee machine, salt, vinegar, olive oil, sugar and coffee. We offer shampoo / gel, towels and clean sheets for each guest. We use Ozono technology for maximum sterilization of the place.

The pool is SHARED. We have other guest house in the farm. This granite walled cottage fits up to four people.There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a warm fire place and great views. We have on the first floor an independent studio for 2 People. There is also a pool (shared!) and a Pétanque field for the summer days. The highlight is the nature. You'll stay at the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, with 27 hectares of property to explore.

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.

Fantastic villa next to Linhares da Beira Castle. It has 4 bedrooms, with complete and private bathroom, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, the property is fully fenced and offers good privacy, with excellent views of the Caramulo mountains, Linhares Castle and Serra da Estrela. A spacious garden with a large private pool and sun loungers allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful sunset.
