It is situated just 50 metres from the waters edge on a quiet, private site. Enjoy the peace & quiet and forest or lochside walks. In Summer enjoy easy access to the loch and beach which is great for watersports and outdoor activities or take trips away to explore Ben Lomond & The Trossachs or the surrounding countryside and West Highland Way.

Accommodation 2/3 Self-contained flat attached to main house with own entrance, on the sea front in the centre of Dunoon, with stunning views across the Clyde and down to Cumbrae, Bute and Arran. 1/4 mile to passenger ferry and one and a half to Hunter's Quay car ferry,5/10 minutes walk to shops, cinema, eateries. Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

Woodside is a stunning 1850s Victorian mansion. The beautifully renovated top floor apartment has two bedrooms and private bathroom. There is a seating area in the twin bedroom and fridge/microwave/coffee machine in the hallway. An ideal base for visiting the area or for a stop-over. Grounds are extensive and views are breathtaking. Loch Long shore is at the bottom of the garden and there is a kids play area. Easy access to Loch Lomond, Glasgow, Arrochar Alps, Faslane and Coulport Naval bases.

Leac Na Sith, a cottage on the beach

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

CAT AIRBNB nr beach and train station to Glasgow

When our daughter left her flat around the back of our house, her two little cats were so upset. She couldn’t take them with her because she lives in a busy part of Edinburgh . We thought that renting her flat out would give them the company they love. They are friendly cats that will love having you to stay. They have a cat flap (no litter trays) and they come and go as they please. We now have 3x cats. The flat has a bedroom (double bed), kitchen lounge and bathroom. Beach at the front

Finished to a very high standard and kitted out with absolutely everything to make sure your stay here is something special and very memorable. Beautiful, spacious apartment located in Inverkip Marina on the west coast of Scotland. Good central location 32 miles from Glasgow, with local train station 10 minute walk. Coastal setting with stunning views with local beach and local hotel within 5 minute walk. Located between the seaside towns of Gourock and Largs where you will find many restaurants and bars. Ferry terminals to Dunoon and Rothesay 5 minute drive and Isle of Arran ferry 30 minute drive.
