If you like nature, sun, water, beach, boating, kayaking, and quality restaurants, this place offers it all. Goodland is a hidden Gem just off Marco Island. You can fish off your dock, launch your boat one street over or walk to 4 different Restaurants and Bar. Restaurants offer fresh caught seafood and live music, check schedule for in season and off season hours.

Sandy Cove is one bedroom, one bathroom Cottage located only 10 minutes from Downtown Naples, beaches, 5th Ave, fine dining and world-class art galleries. Sandy Cove Cottage is next to the Hamilton Harbor Yacht club, & within walking distance to beautiful Naples Bay. Only a short bike ride to the Naples Botanical Gardens, Sudgen Park, & East Naples Park- Home of the Pickleball Championship! Sandy Cove Cottage is fully furnished, just bring your clothes and settle in for some fun in the sun!

We renovated a key west style home into a modern beachy oasis. You can kayak, bike and boat to the beach right from the house! This safe waterfront neighborhood has tons of friendly people out walking, running, biking, dog walking, etc. The house is 1/4 mile to the beach as the crow flys. Beach entrances are 2 miles away. We have 2 nice adult bicycles, kayaks and fishing rods for you to use. Located just off Wiggins Pass Road between 41 and the ocean. Stilt home. Don’t even need a car.

Our home has a 300 square foot screened in porch and a 450 square foot dock with southern exposure to watch the sunrise and sunsets . The Marco Island shopping and beaches are 5 miles away.
