River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, country style getaway on a wooded 2.5 acre lot, look no further. This 2-bedroom (3 beds) 2 bath unit offers all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, dining area, game room, laundry room, covered patio and single-car garage. Outdoor parking is also available. Animal lover’s Cozy Cottage. We host pets with their people. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The Studio apartment is perfect for two adults and a child. In Short Pump, close to restaurants, shopping, and highway 64, 288, and 295 (5 minute drive; not walking distance). Large fenced yard and pet friendly (See Other Details to Note for important information). Pet fees are per pet.
