Hummingbird House Containers

Welcome to Hummingbird House, where you can rest and relax in your own container home in the country. We have designed two containers with your comfort in mind. Whether you want to relax inside the bedroom and listen to our record collection or chill out in the large outdoor tub surrounded by our lush landscaping we will make sure you have everything you need. If you want to wander to Round Top, Lockhart (Best BBQ in TX) Smithville (aka Hope Floats movie) COTA Race track, or a trip into Austin.

Ranch Stay w/horses/pigs/pond/7 ac of Trails

We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

Take it easy at Wildacres Cabin-a unique and tranquil getaway. Leave the city and traffic and view a night sky full of stars. Hike and explore all 62 acres. You might see rabbits and deer as well as beautiful wildflowers & songbirds. There are 2 ponds where you can catch small fish just be sure to bring your own fishing equipment. Enjoy yourselves at the outdoor firepit, or eat at the picnic table after you've grilled your meal on the BBQ pit. Inside there are boardgames, cards & puzzles.

The Brock House

The Brock House is a 2 bedroom loft apartment perched atop a western wear store in Lockhart's vibrant and historic town square. Our space functions part of the time as an artist residency location for musicians, writers, and visual artists who are guests of Commerce Gallery. We've recently renovated and curated this home with the specific purpose to inspire and foster creativity in a uniquely comfortable setting. Be our guest and partake in the inspiration that radiates through this town.

Domovina Ranch Cottages ("The FW")

We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

Private Country Getaway Cabin on 100 acres!

Located in historic Gonzales, Texas, the cabin sits on 100 acres and is the perfect those looking to experience relaxed country living. We are 1 mile from Palmetto State Park which offers hiking, fishing, paddle boarding and canoeing. Downtown Gonzales is only 15 mins away and gives a great glimpse of Texas history with museums and the downtown square. Ottine Mineral Springs is 2 miles away and offers a spa experience centered around thermal mineral springs. The choice is up to you!

The B Cottage in Shiner

Be our guest and come enjoy a romantic date night or if you need a place to stay for work, we have Wifi. Our place is simple, cozy, and offers a fun night away. Walking distance to historic downtown Shiner, Welhausen Park and the Spoetzl Brewery. Come and enjoy yourself in the "cleanest little city in Texas." Our cottage is one big room, queen size bed, shower/tub bathroom. It is set back from the street to the left of our home. We have a kitchenette with a full size coffee bar.

We have piggies, mini goats, cows, horses, donkeys, and a black lab to say hello to Close to Circuit of the Americas, Bastrop, Austin Airport, and Smithville.

This art studio is located only about three blocks from Lockhart's cute town square complete with Lockhart's famous barbecue and locally owned cafes, shops, and bars. Only 15 miles from the Formula One race track and 30 miles from Austin, you can be close to everything while getting out of the city hustle and bustle. On the other hand, Lockhart has plenty to offer, so you can also just come and enjoy relaxing in this cute slice of Texas.
