Rose Cottage - annexe with off road parking

Relax in Mirfield on your own south facing balcony with lovely countryside views. This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

Our historic cottage is nestled on the side of the dramatic Shibden valley, famous as the home of Ann Lister, 'Gentleman Jack'. The static caravan sleeps 2 Adults and 2 children with a fully functioning open plan kitchen and bathroom with a shower it has full central heating. We welcome Small to medium dogs but please note we don't allow them to be left unattended but we have no issues with pet crates.

Beautiful country cottage renovated close to Dales

This is a beautiful country cottage. The entire cottage is to rent with 3 double bedrooms. The bedrooms are sumptuous with top of the range bedding feather pillows and feather duvets. There’s one king sized bed . 1 Queen sized bed and 1 double bed. I renovated the place top to bottom a few years ago . Guests will have 2 bathrooms. If you like minimalist style this may not be for you, however if you love character, cosyness and a home away from home, welcome to my cottage!

It has an open plan airy feel with large kitchen , utility room , 4 bedrooms with 2 en suites. It has a large drive and off street parking for up to 4 cars. The house is situated in a small village approx 15 mins by car from Leeds City Centre. PLEASE NOTE : There is an additional Charge of £200.00 for the Hot Tub per stay.
