There is a comm. pool (not heated), hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and basketball court. Pkg is in 2 car garage, driveway or street, 3 car max. Some of my belongings are in the home.

Please be advised that we DO NOT permit parties of any type on the property. The use of the unit, pool and patio is restricted to guests only.
