Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

The backyard is made for entertainment as well as games. The full kitchen is stocked with all you need for family dinner or just a romantic dinner for two. The one bedroom apartment is centrally located and nested in the Santa Barbara foothills. It is close to the city center, beaches, hiking trails, shopping, and airport. This apartment is private, quiet, looking out on a lovely garden and orange trees. The living room includes a kitchenette. The bedroom is sunny and the bed is wonderfully comfortable. The newly remodeled bathroom completes this great vacation rental.

Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.
