Saratoga Gem

This lovely apartment is on the second floor of an 1873 Victorian mansion on the North side of town. Very conveniently located about halfway between downtown and Skidmore College. This clean, quiet, owner-occupied house has 2 other apartments. The classic Saratoga front porch, sunny patio in back, and small yard are shared with the host. Kitchen has a small cafe table, dishes/utensils, dishwasher. Bathroom has a deep tub/shower, you’ll have to lift your knee to step in. Memory Foam mattress.

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

Waterfront Vermont Lake House w/ Panoramic Sauna

We invite you to come stay and experience all of the beauty that Vermont has to offer at Lake St. Catherine. Located on the west side of the lake off a quiet private drive with almost 100ft of lake frontage, there are few spots with a better view. Watch the sun rise each morning from either our private decks. Explore the lake by canoe or kayak; both available for our guests. Plenty of hiking, activities, and restaurants within a 10-30 minute drive. Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. We are located on a walkable residential street, location is not remote*

White & Black Cottage

The White & Black Cottage is a cozy home within walking distance of downtown Glens Falls. There is a Cumberland Farms and a Stewart’s a block or two away for quick food items. Glens Falls has numerous wonderful restaurants and there is a notebook with many of the menus in the house. There are art galleries, LARAC, The Hyde and the Shirt Factory. Live music and theatre is available at the Wood Theatre, the Park Theatre and Strand Theatre. We are 20 minutes from Lake George and Saratoga.

The Garden Cottage

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!
