The place has a great fishing spot on the river just below. The view of the river is amazing from the cabin and it is such a unique getaway. Has a Hot Tub, fire pit, lots of outdoor seating. Not much light pollution so star gazing is a definite plus out here! Geese, pelicans, eagles, hawks, owls and deer frequent the property. Great ATVing!

The Apt is below our home. With a separate entrance. Complete kitchen and bathroom. One Queen bed. A futon in the living room. TV, Amazon Fire you can access Netflix, YouTube, and others. WiFi. Stack washer and dryer for your use as well. The local library, a couple of bars, and an old Café for breakfast. The skate park has a playground. The city pool is open summer months. Only 5 minutes to the river and less than 10 minutes to multiple hot springs. There is plenty of flat parking on site. built in an established orchard with a variety of trees, patio and BBQ to enjoy the weather.
