Relax at our peaceful, well-equipped and comfortable Cottage. Cottage has outside dining table and chairs , fire pit , logs and log burning stove inside. We provide complimentary logs for both . Bike storage with charging. A short, safe walk into Aboyne. Aboyne Loch, old Railway line and Aboyne Golf Course are across the road, which makes for an active or totally relaxed holiday. Set within the grounds of Fernie Castle a beautiful authentic Treehouse with 6 living Trees growing and thriving. Equally beautiful in all seasons especially winter being so very cozy, it is fully heated with lots of hot water for the freestanding bath for two. With all the amenities of a 5 star bedroom, a large freestanding bath on the second floor with a small balcony with views to the stunning countryside it does indeed feel like a fairytale just remember to bring your favourite bubbles...

Unique turret annex in Upper Donside

The Alpines are out and glorious. Situated in the Cairngorms National Park in Strathdon, a short walk away from the hamlet of Bellabeg. The Turret offers a tranquil setting in 2.5 acres of private woodland, it has its own entrance and is a self-contained totally sound insulated annex to the main house (where the owners live). The setting has spectacular south facing views of the Deeside hills and is surrounded by farmland and wildlife. Completely off the beaten track with glorious dark skies.

The Annex ( with Sauna )

Self check-in is available if required. Self contained annex with spacious, south facing bedroom with access out to the garden which guests can use. We are 2 minutes walk from the river and can direct you to nearby hills and lochs where scenic walks can be enjoyed. There is a cosy, friendly pub just round the corner which serves home cooked meals all day. They welcome "muddy boots, kids and dogs". We are dog friendly too so please feel free to bring your well behaved dog along.

The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
