Riverfront Cottage with Hot Tub & Kayaks

This is a small private waterfront cottage located in a park like setting with a wonderful view of the Maumee River. It is ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds with double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage was remodeled in 2020 and has a new kitchen and a new bath. In addition to the free use of kayaks, there is a 10 mile walking trail withn 50 feet .

Each bedroom has a queen bed; both are located on the 2nd story as well as the full bath. Living room, dine-in kitchen, laundry room, & half bath are located on the 1st floor. AC is provided on the 1st floor and in both bedrooms as well. Cable & internet provided. Sorry no pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.
