The Winters Summer House at Waihau Bay is ideal for larger groups with sleeping facilities for up to 12 people. If 2 families want to holiday together, our house is ideal. No matter the number of guests you can occupy the entire up and downstairs areas. With ideal all year round fishing this is the place for you. The boat ramp is only 3 mins away. Safe swimming at a stunning beautiful sandy beach is only 5 kms away. All modern conveniences available including broadband Wifi to stay connected.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just 5 minutes from the centre of Gisborne and only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful wainui surf beach. Just a short stroll to our local zephyr cafe and neighbourhood cantina. Our house has 4 bedrooms and enough room for the whole family with a great indoor/outdoor flow. The deck has a covered louvre system allowing you to enjoy the country feel while relaxing outside listening to the native birds amongst the beautiful trees.

Lex's guesthouse is self-contained, clean, warm and modern. While compact, it includes a heat pump/aircon, unlimited hot water, shower, basin, toilet, kitchenette (microwave, fridge and induction element), good wifi, Netflix and your own deck. Lex's Guesthouse is next to our home. You can use the BBQ and laundry facilities if needed. There is parking for one vehicle up the drive.
