Immerso in un antico uliveto di circa quattro ettari, il nostro Palmento è a disposizione dei viaggiatori desiderosi di scoprire l’incantevole costa jonica della Calabria. La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Nella favolosa cornice del territorio calabrese, questa casa di campagna è un punto previlegiato da cui visitare la Locride. L'immenso giardino della casa di circa due ettari è un'enorme terrazza panoramica privata da cui si gode di una vista mare unica. La piscina, attrezzata di lettini e ombrelloni, vi riempirà di voglia di trascorrere intere giornate e rilassarvi e a godere della pace della campagna. La casa si affitta a uso esclusivo. The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). Da poco c'è la tassa di soggiorno a persona di euro 1,00 Dal primo Novembre al 30 Aprile, e di euro 2,00 dal primo Maggio al 31 Ottobre, per un massimo di sette notti.
