Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

Little Love Shack

This house is TINY but it’s comfortable and fun. By tiny I mean it’s got a lot of 1950’s character squeezed into 690 square feet. The “official” dining table is outside on the patio so if you’re more than 2 people you should plan on spending quality time outside or out and about in Gainesville because the living space is limited. This is a GREAT rental for people who want to explore Gainesville, like being in the heart of 6th Street and prefer old school homes. No cable at this rental.

Beautiful serene 2015 home one mile from Ichetucknee State Park! Also close to Ginnie, Blue, Poe, Royal, and Little River Springs. We are next door to Rum Island Park which is a swimming spring, kayak and canoe pick up/ drop off/boat ramp location. It is a private cottage. 1 bdr Sleeps 4. 1 Bedroom with a sleeper sofa. You’ll love my place because of the location. The river is in the backyard. You can launch your personal canoe or kayak. Sit by the fire pit or enjoy the deck and cook out with friends and family. We have a no pet policy due to our allergies. Town of High Springs and Gainesville near by

This simple green and open property is conveniently located VERY near many beautiful springs and paddling trips on the Sante Fe river. The home includes a full kitchen with stove, cooking essentials, Keurig and a couple complementary coffee pods. There is also a fridge/freezer, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Two TV’s, a 55 inch and 40 inch. The wifi is lightning fast. Outside in the backyard there is a gazebo with a picnic table. There are also two carports to park in.

A dream range, with a back door that takes you to a space where you can watch a night full of stars. My favorite part of this space is the soaking tub designed for taking a relaxing bath with doors closed or doors open so you can have visual contact with the outside.
