There is a sofa with queen sized fold out bed in back "office" space. T.V. is streaming only. Any problems, the owners live across the street!

The ranch has a wide array of wildlife as well as ranch animals such as nannie goats, chickens, and cows. The home is located just outside of town but, close to all the conveniences. Non smoking property
