A completely furnished apartment in the basement of our log home (our main residence) on 5 acres of woods above beautiful Shavehead Lake. Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. This is a vacation property located on desirable Iyopawa Island, with Coldwater Lake on one side, and a regulation 9 hole golf course on the other. The house was recently refurbished. Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and Swimming, are literally right outside your door. We rent by the week for June through September starting on Sat. and Daily with a two day minimum the rest of the year. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange.
