The Carriage House

You will truly enjoy the picturesque beauty of this setting right outside the city limits. The property has been designated as a Wildlife Habitat. You may occasionally see deer on the property and there is also a lovely spring fed pond. Elvis Presley spent time here on a few occasions. He rowed around the pond in a canoe and rode horses here. It is a two minute drive to our historic downtown. Farmhouse style decor. This is a two-story dwelling. The bedroom, bathroom and living room are upstairs.

Located just across the lane from Reelfoot lake . Public ramp about 3/4 of mile away with several more close by. Enjoy lake views from the covered front porch. Living room with dish tv and internet. Full kitchen with cookware. Separate 20x20 garage for boat storage and a fish/duck cleaning house.
