È uno chalet rustico dotato di charme, che nel 1850 era una stalla, riattata successivamente. Immerso nella natura delle montagne a Gerra Verzasca (850m), è un’oasi di pace. Suddiviso su due piani: al pianterreno si trova la camera da letto spaziosa con bagno e al primo piano un open space composto da cucina con piano bar, sala con divano letto e tavolo per mangiare. Dal piano superiore si accede alla terrazza dove si può godere di una splendida vista sul bosco e sulle montagne circostanti.

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. Nel sottotetto all'ultimo piano vi è la camera da letto/studio.
