Our fully remodeled, bright, cozy, light-filled condo is the perfect place for your Nashville getaway! Great for couples, business trips, girls' trips or whatever brings you to Music City. Wake up in a king-sized Casper bed + sip coffee on the Adirondack chairs. Spend the morning by the pool, walk 15 minutes to discover your favorite downtown hotspot + return to relax before walking to Germantown for a perfect dinner! Close to everything in Nashville & with experienced hosts, you're bound to have an amazing time! Officially permitted short term rental. Only book your stay if the property is permitted with the City of Nashville! Our delightful condo is located on the first floor of a riverfront building with numerous amenities including a pool and workout room, an assigned space with additional free parking on site, and a laundry facility. A welcoming entry way invites you to your home away from home. The peaceful, inviting master bedroom is equipped with a king Casper bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The kitchen comes fully stocked and includes a Keurig coffee machine and all necessary cooking supplies. A dedicated office nook and wifi lets you complete your work with ease. The relaxing living room includes a 50” LED TV, a chaise sofa that becomes a comfortable queen bed, and plants and lighting designed to make you feel right at home. All of our guests will enjoy plush towels, soft linens, and basic toiletries. A free, dedicated parking space is just 10 feet from the front door! You'll have unlimited access to the condo. Settle in and get comfortable! Hosts are not on the premises but live close by and are accessible via phone, text, or email when needed. We will also provide an in-depth guide to all of our favorite Nashville spots. No need to do the research - we've done it for you! We are perfectly situated adjacent to the 3.5 mile Cumberland River Greenway. Walk or ride a bike to downtown, Lower Broadway, Germantown, the Nashville Sounds stadium, the Farmers' Market, Bicentennial State Park, Capital Hill, the Tennessee Titans stadium and Top Golf! We are a mile walk or a short Uber ride to all downtown hotspots including Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium, Nashville’s famous honky tonk bars and Ascend Amphitheater. Easily Uber/cab ride to any neighborhood in Nashville! Walk, rent a bike at Nashville B Cycle, drive your own car, or arrange and Uber or Lyft ride! If you plan to take in sights and sounds outside of a 3-4 mile radius of downtown, we highly recommend driving your own car as public transit is minimal. We have a 3 night minimum stay on weekends, but no minimum on weekdays. Friday and Saturday nights need to booked under the same reservation as this is our most popular time. There is a 5 night minimum for CMA fest. Even if you're not able to make it for 3 nights or you need a Saturday check-in, inquire anyway - we might be able to work something out!

Germantown - Coolest Walkable Neighborhood in Nash

Gather the family for a barbecue on the rooftop deck of this new house just two miles from Broadway. The spacious home boasts a gourmet kitchen, an open living and kitchen area for entertaining, a backyard, and a private porch off the master bedroom. Permit: 2O17STRO56595. This 3 story home has a rooftop deck with fire pit, grill and half bath on third level. House has gas fireplace, flat screen tvs with full comcast package (every channel), a big jambox and fast wifi. There are 3 bedrooms, but can sleep 10 comfortably. All mattresses and sheets are new and fresh. Rent it for Thanksgiving or Christmas to enjoy a family get together while cooking in the large open kitchen with gas stove. We have a Keurig and the house will be stocked with coffee and tea K cups and the fridge will be stocked with water bottles. But please bring your own food and drinks. You will have access to the entire home. You will be given an access code to the front door, or you can download the August smart lock app and we can grant you access. Upon entry, you will receive a garage door remote and a physical key in case the August smart locks stop working. 24 hour access available for late travelers if notified in advance. Guests that drive in can use the garage but plenty of parking in front of house as well. I live in Nashville and will be available for help throughout your stay via the app, text or phone. The house is in Germantown, the hottest and quaintest neighborhood in Nashville. It’s within walking distance of many of Nashville's top restaurants, bars, and breweries. Uber or Lyft is a great way to get around, but you can also walk or rent a bike (B Bikes stations are everywhere) to all the Germantown restaurants, shops, breweries and bars, downtown and more.

This Germantown Gem has Mid-century Boho vibes in a clean, airy, and cozy apartment. This space was designed with lots of intention placing high priority on comfort, flow, convenience, and relaxation. Unwind in the extra wide soaking tub, rest your bones on the comfy layers of extra-clean bedding, have an epic game night, or just Netflix and chill after a long day of exploring. Short term rental permit: 2O18STRO59799 This apartment is the front unit of a one-story triplex home. There are long-term renters in the middle unit and we live in the back unit with our two babies. We love it here and hope you enjoy it, too! Outdoor space, front & backyard, is shared. This little gem of a home is perfectly located in the dreamiest of Nashville neighborhoods. Germantown is historic, hipster, food-centric, mural-filled, fun, people-watching at its best, truly walkable with a downtown skyline view from all the tree-lined sidewalks. You'll find beautiful historic homes, boutiques, restaurants, bars, yoga studios, hair and nail salons, spas, a grocery store, and lots of personality in this jam-packed little neighborhood! There are plenty of bus stops nearby, but Nashville really doesn't have the best public transit. We recommend using Uber/Lyft (about $7 to get to the honky tonks downtown). Bird/Lime Scooters are very inexpensive and are all over our neighborhood (~$3 to get broadway/riverfront). B cycle bike rentals are also inexpensive and available for rent nearby at the corner of 5th Ave N and Monroe St. Lastly, this neighborhood is just 6 square blocks and makes for a lovely mid-afternoon stroll. Please keep in mind that although this apartment can sleep 6 easily, there is only one bathroom.

Easy, cheap ride share to all Nashville attractions with a bus (WE GO that stops within .1 mile (just up the street) from the unit’s door and connects to baseball park/farmers market, the capitol/courthouse end of downtown. This is a newly renovated unit and everything in it is new. It is located near the campuses of Fisk University and Meharry Medical college next to historic Jefferson Street.
