New Home just completed in May 2012 - 1 Bedroom Suite with its own private full kitchen, open Living room and Dining area. Master bedroom suite on 3rd floor with roof top terrace and a great skyline view of downtown Nashville, whirlpool tub, and cathedral ceilings! There is also a half bath on the living area floor. Kitchen has full refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. This suite also has its own 2nd level covered porch! Living room has 70" 3D TV with full satellite channels including HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime. Bedroom has 55" TV. I just added a new memory foam Sofa Sleeper in the Living room. Come and go as you please. Beautiful new suite located on the second and third floors of my home is just 2 blocks to Bicentennial Mall State Park and Farmers Market, and just a few more blocks to Germantown restaurants and downtown Nashville. KING SIZE BED WIFI 2 NIGHT MINIMUM Before your arrival you will be given a 4 digit code to the front door, and your room key will be on the table in the dining area. You can checkin any time after 3. It also has the second level porch and the rooftop terrace all to itself. These are not shared with anyone else. With the front door code locks installed you are free to arrive at anytime after check-in without me having to meet you, But if you need anything, just give me a shout!! Walk two blocks to the Music City Circuit stop for the free downtown bus service, or take a short stroll down Church St to the entertainment district. Walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River for incredible city views. If you don't have a car I suggest downloading the LYFT or Uber application to your smartphone. This is definitely the best and cheapest way to get around the city by auto. It's about a $7 ride to the downtown entertainment district! Or you could walk (app 7 mins) to the Farmers Market and Bicentennial Mall State Park area. There you can rent bikes or catch the free downtown bus loop (Music City Circuit) that runs from 6 am till 6 pm at 7th and Harrison. But just do as i do and walk...only about 25 mins to the downtown entertainment district!! Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is by 11 AM. If you need in earlier, let me know. Our delightful condo is located on the first floor of a riverfront building with numerous amenities including a pool and workout room, an assigned space with additional free parking on site, and a laundry facility. A welcoming entry way invites you to your home away from home. The peaceful, inviting master bedroom is equipped with a king Casper bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The kitchen comes fully stocked and includes a Keurig coffee machine and all necessary cooking supplies. A dedicated office nook and wifi lets you complete your work with ease. The relaxing living room includes a 50” LED TV, a chaise sofa that becomes a comfortable queen bed, and plants and lighting designed to make you feel right at home. We are perfectly situated adjacent to the 3.5 mile Cumberland River Greenway. Walk or ride a bike to downtown, Lower Broadway, Germantown, the Nashville Sounds stadium, the Farmers' Market, Bicentennial State Park, Capital Hill, the Tennessee Titans stadium and Top Golf! We are a mile walk or a short Uber ride to all downtown hotspots including Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium, Nashville’s famous honky tonk bars and Ascend Amphitheater. Easily Uber/cab ride to any neighborhood in Nashville! Walk, rent a bike at Nashville B Cycle, drive your own car, or arrange and Uber or Lyft ride! If you plan to take in sights and sounds outside of a 3-4 mile radius of downtown, we highly recommend driving your own car as public transit is minimal. We have a 3 night minimum stay on weekends, but no minimum on weekdays. Friday and Saturday nights need to booked under the same reservation as this is our most popular time. There is a 5 night minimum for CMA fest. Even if you're not able to make it for 3 nights or you need a Saturday check-in, inquire anyway - we might be able to work something out!

This space was designed with lots of intention placing high priority on comfort, flow, convenience, and relaxation. Unwind in the extra wide soaking tub, rest your bones on the comfy layers of extra-clean bedding, have an epic game night, or just Netflix and chill after a long day of exploring. Short term rental permit: 2O18STRO59799 This apartment is the front unit of a one-story triplex home. There are long-term renters in the middle unit and we live in the back unit with our two babies. We love it here and hope you enjoy it, too! Outdoor space, front & backyard, is shared. This little gem of a home is perfectly located in the dreamiest of Nashville neighborhoods. Germantown is historic, hipster, food-centric, mural-filled, fun, people-watching at its best, truly walkable with a downtown skyline view from all the tree-lined sidewalks. You'll find beautiful historic homes, boutiques, restaurants, bars, yoga studios, hair and nail salons, spas, a grocery store, and lots of personality in this jam-packed little neighborhood! There are plenty of bus stops nearby, but Nashville really doesn't have the best public transit. We recommend using Uber/Lyft (about $7 to get to the honky tonks downtown). Bird/Lime Scooters are very inexpensive and are all over our neighborhood (~$3 to get broadway/riverfront). B cycle bike rentals are also inexpensive and available for rent nearby at the corner of 5th Ave N and Monroe St. Lastly, this neighborhood is just 6 square blocks and makes for a lovely mid-afternoon stroll. Please keep in mind that although this apartment can sleep 6 easily, there is only one bathroom.

Guests are welcome to the entire condo and the designated parking space. I am available for questions by text or call, but otherwise I’ll give you space to enjoy your stay! This condo is in the middle of beautiful and historic Germantown, just a block away from First Tennessee Park, Tennessee Capitol, and the Nashville Farmer’s Market. There are endless restaurants and music bars nearby as well. There are a ton of amazing restaurants and activities within walking distance and Germantown is definitely built to walk around in. This condo has a designated parking space as well—so driving will be easy!
