The Harty House is a charming 2/1 cottage built in 1916. It is an easy two block stroll to the historic Georgetown square where you will find restaurants, wine bars, craft beers, live music, shopping, arts and theater. Very close to Southwestern University and a short bike/walk to City parks/recreation. You'd swear you were out in the country but surprisingly this amazing little house is literally minutes from I-35 and the Georgetown Square. Built in 2018 this house will treat you with quiet surroundings and modern amenities. 1 bed/1 bath, queen bed + fold-out queen sleeper sofa. Must be 25 to book, no guests under 15. No pets, no smoking, no vaping. Easy check-in/out via keypad.

Set on heavily wooded acres. Close to dining, shopping, downtown but also tucked away enough to unplug and relax. Hike to the San Gabriel River or take a short drive to Georgetown Lake. The cabin grounds feature a serene koi pond and hot tub. Seasonal fire pit - placed out in fall and winter. 5 minutes to HighPointe Estate and close to many other wedding venues.
