Only a few houses on this section of Tar Bay (one of Exuma’s best beaches) and no public access, which makes it the ideal place to relax and unwind. The house is secluded in a huge, lush garden with many mature palm trees all around the house. It has a direct private stair access to the beach, a deck right above the beach in front of the house, and a rear patio overlooking the garden.Everything is provided, just bring yourselves!

The Sea-Garden provides a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and floating chairs for you to enjoy at the beach. It is very quiet and easy to access from where you park. Just a few feet!
