"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

Small one-bedroom unit with private entrance. Off-street parking for one vehicle. Backyard common area with gazebo and BBQ and your own screened-in porch with table and chairs. Easy on/off 475 E & W near 23. Convenient to Toledo attractions - Franklin Park Mall, University of Toledo, Toledo and Flower Hospitals, Wildwood Metro Park, lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. All of our units are registered with the county as short-term rentals. The home has only exterior video surveillance.

Cozy Lake House

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage is at the end of the peninsula on the water. Walk up to the top of the hill and watch the boats go by from the bench or at the park on the corner. Enjoy amazing sun and moonrises. Build a fire in the campfire ring while you listen to the waves. View the sunsets from waterfront restaurants. The inside is open and airy. Bedrooms are comfy. ***Please note that our listing is located above a lively restaurant, which may result in some ambient noise during peak hours. Most days the noise dies down around 9pm*** Visit the small city of Perrysburg for a thrilling trip you’ll never forget. Experience the best that NW Ohio has to offer at la Casita del Sol in Historic District. This is a small studio space that will transport you to a quaint and romantic Mexican home whilst still reminiscing on the simple American town life.

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

Your Highness’s House

Your Highnesses House has its own personal charm. I have spent a lot of time creating this space to make it a home away from home. This is a unique side-by-side duplex tucked away in a generally quiet area in the south end of Toledo. This home has a lot of special features that make it a wonderful place to stay whether it be a short-term rental or a long-term rentals. No parties and no smoking/vaping if the rule is broken it’s an additional $500 charge.
