Located 10 minutes north of Seaside and 5 minutes from Gearhart. This spacious single-level ranch/farmhouse was recently remodeled and is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the Oregon Coast. Guest count capacity is 6 including children ( under 2 not included in count but please note this in the reservation), 4 adults is max capacity.

Resplendent with Beach Décor, my Pet Friendly Studio is located in a small (15 units) property at the quiet north end of the Prom, yet just a short 15 minute stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants. There is a Sofa Sleeper for the little ones (or an adult), and plenty of storage and space for longer stays. Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip Key Lockbox code will be provided 3-4 days advance of your stay.

Stay in our lovely beach suite, a petite but well-appointed getaway just a short walk from the beautiful, uncrowded sandy beach at Del Ray State Park, just north of charming downtown Gearhart! Please note - hot tub is only available in the high season ~ May-October. Effective 10/15/25 the hot tub is drained and offline until May 2026. Price reflects amenity removed.
