And we love to share our beautiful state with international visitors!

This lower-level apartment is 1.5 miles north of Boulder. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a workspace, living room, its own kitchenette, and entrance. Please note: as the apartment is connected to main living area, muffled sound travels between the spaces. We honor quiet hours between 10-7. Most guests don’t find this to be an issue. As you’ll see in the photos, the Murphy bed can be folded up during the day for more space.
