Family home in the heart of Roscommon town. Hanons hotel is round the corner for meals/drinks. Roscommon town is an easy walk of 1.5k. Roscommon Community Hospital is directly opposite the property. Toys and swings are available for children to play with and a sheltered shed with a climbing wall/ Table Tennis in case of rain. The house has a heat recovery ventilation system, solar panels, solar heated hot water, Infrared Sauna and Electric Vehicle Charger. Excellent WiFi.

Conveniently located 200 yards from the N4 road (Dublin-Sligo) and 5 mins from the N5 (West). Ideal base in the centre of Ireland for exploring the Midlands. Center Parcs is a 20 minute drive.
