In the house you can relax not only during the warm season - the house is heated by radiators, and there is also a floor heating function. Peaceful and very relaxed neighbours, that offer options for outdoor sports. 5 min walk on a lovely street leads to the sea : white dune, pedestrian roads and hiking trails. 5 min walk in the other direction leads to Rimi and Top grocery stores and the train station. 10 min walk to the local market every Friday.

Rokas stiepiena attālumā no skaistā Piejūras dabas parka un Rīgas jūras līča. Pludmale šeit ir īpaši klusa :) Pilnībā aprīkota. Visas ērtības un moderna sauna, kas pieejama par atsevišķu samaksu (40 EUR). Viegli pieejama gan ar auto, gan vilcienu (35min Garupe-Rīga) u.c. transportlīdzekļiem.

This newly renovated 2-storey apartment is equipped with 2 beds for 4 people, large bathroom and dressing room, living room, kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator and microwave oven. A place created for families and friends. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a shower room. EPA Holiday House is located only 30 km from Riga. Very close is the promenade that is leading to the sea and shops can be reached in five to ten minutes on foot. A hot tub is available for an additional fee.
